Dr. S. Ryan Facer earned his dental degree and specialty training from the University of Iowa, where he graduated with high distinction. He also received a bachelor’s degree in medical biology from the University of Utah and has published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Endodontics and the Journal of Dental Research. His research interests range from sealer coverage, bacteriophage therapy, roentgen therapy and adult stem cells, with an emphasis on bone biology and dental trauma. Dr. Facer currently practices at Greater Endodontics in Salt Lake City, UT.
Dr. Steven L. Frost has been an endodontic thought leader, innovator and implementer of single-visit root canal therapy for 23 years. He is a 1992 graduate of the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and received his Certificate in Endodontics from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in 1994. Dr. Frost founded Red Mountain Endodontics in 1994 and is currently the head of three endodontic offices. He is the Co-Founder of OnCall Dental Urgent Care, which has two office locations in Arizona, and is licensed in 12 states nationwide, in 23 offices. He has presented on all aspects of Endodontics, including dental trauma, to large groups of dentists.
